  • Cumin powder: ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder: ½ tsp
  • Turmeric: ¼ tsp
  • Coriander powder : ½ tsp
  • Black pepper: ¼ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread crumbs: 1 cup
  • Oil for deep frying

Aloo Tikki Recipe for Aloo Tikki Burger:

  • Wash and drain flattened rice in clean water and put it aside.
  • Grate the potatoes.
  • Take a pan and heat oil on a medium flame.
  • Sauté green peas in it for a minute or two.
  • Add grated potatoes to the pan and mix it well.
  • Add flattened rice and some salt and mix it well with potatoes and green peas.
