Paneer Tikka Pizza with CROPINO Pasta Pizza Sauce

The paneer tikka pizza is an Indo-Italian fusion. While most people consider pizza to be fast food and unhealthy, mouth-watering Paneer Tikka Pizza with Pasta Pizza Sauce is a healthier alternative to pizzas available in the market. This is because the pizza base is made up of whole wheat flour (Atta).



Topped on top of it is the pasta pizza sauce, making the pizza yummier and tastier.

Ingredients

For Pizza Dough (Base)

  • Wheat flour – 2 cups
  • Dry yeast – ½ tsp
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Warm water – 1/2 cup
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp

For Paneer Tikka Marinade

  • Curd/yogurt (thick) – ½ cup
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder –1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Capsicum red and green (chopped) – 1/2
  • Onion (without petals) – 1/2
  • Tomato (diced) – 1
  • Cubed paneer – 150g
  • Olive oil – 1/2 tsp
