Ingredients

For Cheesy stuffing

For potato cheese croquettes:

  • Medium sized boiled potatoes: 6 cups
  • Plain flour (Maida): 1 cup
  • Freshly ground black pepper: 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying potato cheese croquettes
  • Salt to taste
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Water

Other

Cropino chilli garlic sauce to serve with potato or aloo cheese croquettes

Step By Step Process
  • To start making this appetizing dish, take a deep bowl and mash boiled potatoes in it.
  • Add pepper and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix them well.
  • Make 24 equal portions of mashed potato mix and keep it to rest.
  • Mix plain flour into water and whisk it well to make a slurry. Make sure there are no lumps in the flour. Once you are done with whisking, keep it aside.
  • Take another deep bowl and add mozzarella cheese, processed cheese, and Cropino chilli garlic sauce into the bowl. Mix all these ingredients well in the bowl and make 24 equal parts of this cheese stuffing.
