How To Make Paneer Frankie at Home

Ingredients

Paneer Stuffing (filling)

• Paneer (cottage cheese) – 200 gm
• Finely chopped onion – 1
• Finely chopped tomato – 1
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Sliced capsicum – ½ cup
• Cumin seeds – ¼ tsp
• Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
• Garam masala – ½ tsp
• Coriander powder – ½ tsp
• Turmeric – ¼ tsp
• Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
• Finely chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Butter – 1 tbsp
• Finely chopped bell peppers – ½ cup

Frankie Masala

• Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
• Garam masala – ½ tsp
• Amchur powder – ½ tsp
• Chaat masala – ½ tsp
• Black salt – ¼ tsp
• Coriander powder – ½ tsp
• Cumin powder – ½ tsp

Preparing The Paneer Frankie Base (Roti)

• Take a bowl and add whole wheat flour + salt + oil.
• Knead well to make soft dough. Keep this dough aside for 15 minutes.
• Take the dough and knead again to make small balls.
• Take 1 ball and roll it into a thin circle using a little whole wheat flour.
